The wine was coarsely filtered and will continue to develop in the bottle under proper conditions. Winemaker's tasting: Nose: forest soil and a hint of tobacco in the background. Palate: dark cherries, a little cocoa, and added gentle acidity. At the end of the tasting, the fruit is restrained, the tannins are soft and balanced.
