The grapes were selected from vineyards in the northern Golan Heights and the Galilee, which were treated intensively throughout the growing season, harvested at a precise time and underwent a unique fermentation process, with long aging in some of the best French oak barrels in the world. These helped to produce a powerful and elegant wine, with a deep purple-red color, rich flavors and a soft and caressing texture. The wine underwent coarse and silky filtration to develop under appropriate conditions. Winemaker's tasting: Nose: classic Cabernet Sauvignon and black pepper, dark cherries, cedar wood. Palate: restrained fruitiness, wonderful earth and dark chocolate, complimenting the tannins.
