היין יוצר מ-100% ענבי שרדונה אשר נבצרו בבציר ידני, לאחר השיקוע נכנס לתסיסה קרה ומבוקרת בכ-14 מעלות בחביות עץ אלון צרפתיות ושהה על המשקעים במשך 10 חודשים, היין עם נוכחות ומורקבות, ארומות של פירות הדר אשכולית ופומלה לצד חמאה. היין יבש ופריך בעל גוף מלא עם חומציות טובה התורמת לאיזון בין הפרי והעץ. אלכוהול: 14% 750 מ"ל
