היין יוצר מ-100% ענבי גוורצטרמינר מכרם בגליל העליון. הענבים נבצרו לפנות בוקר ועברו תסיסה מבוקרת במיכלי נירוסטה. היין מתאפיין במתיקות מעודנת ובטעמי ליצ'י עם ארומה פירותית עדינה.
