יין זני מענבי קברנה סוביניון . הענבים נבחרו מכרמים בצפון רמת הגולן ומרום הגליל , שטופלו
באינטנסיביות במשך כל עונת הגידול , נבצרו במועד מדויק ועברו תהליך תסיסה ייחודי , עם
התיישנות ארוכה בחביות עץ אלון צרפתי מהטובות בעולם . אלו סייעו לקבלת יין עצמתי ואלגנטי ,
בעל צבע אדום סגול עמוק , טעמים עשירים ומרקם רך ומלטף . היין לא עבר סינון וייתכנו משקעים ,
טעימת היינן : אף : קברנה סוביניון קלאסי ופלפל שחור , דובדבנים כהים , עץ ארז . חך : פירותיות
מאופקת , אדמה נפלאה ושוקולד מריר , להחמיא לטאנינים . לאחר פתיחה מתקבל קינמון מתקתק
וציפורן , שוקולד מריר משובח וסיום של חמאת אגוזים רווית וניל .

Varietal wine from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The grapes were selected from
vineyards in the north of the Golan Heights and the Galilee Heights, which were
intensively cared for throughout the growing season, harvested at the exact time and
underwent a unique fermentation process, with a long aging in French oak barrels,
one of the best in the world. These helped to obtain a powerful and elegant wine,
with a deep purple red color, rich flavors and a soft and caressing texture. The wine
has not been filtered and sediment will be planned, the wine tasting: nose: classic
cabernet sauvignon and black pepper, dark cherries, cedar wood. Palate: restrained
fruitiness, wonderful earth and dark chocolate, to compliment the tannins. After
opening you get sweet cinnamon and cloves, fine dark chocolate and a finish of nut
butter saturated with vanilla.
