רוזה בציר 2021

יין זה מיוצר מענבי גראנש נואר וסירה מכרמים מובחרים בגליל . הענבים נסחטו בעדינות, מה שמקנה ליין את צבע הסלמון הבהיר. התירוש עבר תסיסה קרה ואיטית ששימרה את רעננות הפרי. התוצאה המושלמת היא רוצה ארומטי , רענן ומינרלי עם חמיצות טובה וניחוחות מפתים של אשכולית, תות ואפרסק.

This wine is made from Grenache Noir and Syrah grapes from selected vineyards in the Galilee. The grapes were gently squeezed, which gives the wine the light salmon color. The must has undergone a cold and slow fermentation that has kept the fruit fresh. The perfect result is an aromatic, fresh and mineral with good acidity and tempting aromas of grapefruit, strawberry and peach.
